By commissioning me you agree to the following terms:

  • I retain the rights to my work.

  • I have the right to refuse a request.

  • The work is not to be used commercially.

  • You must provide reference images for the piece, things like pose, outfit, background, and especially any specific details you don’t want missed.

  • You get to make 3 free changes during the process, any more require additional fees.

  • Working time is 3-7 days, though this can vary.

  • Refunds/cancellations only allowed during the sketch phase.

Things to keep in mind:

  • Additional characters are +50% of the original price per character.

  • Complicated poses are +€3 ~ €10.

  • Single coloured backgrounds are free, detailed backgrounds are +€3 ~ €10.

To request a commission, you can dm me on instagram, discord (also c3llarts) or send an email to [email protected].During the process, I will send progress photos to you to keep you updated.I find sending the finished work via wetransfer retains the high quality, but we can talk about preferred methods together!

Payment is done in EURO, through either paypal, ko-fi, ING, or tikkie.You can choose to pay either 100% upfront, or 50% after you clear the sketch, then the other 50% right before I send the finished product.
